By adding StudyGarden to a server or using its commands, you agree to these terms.
Seeds, plants, pets, streaks and other in-bot items have no real-world value. They can’t be exchanged for money and may be changed or reset if needed to fix bugs or abuse.
Premium gives extra features for a set period. What’s included may change as the bot develops. Payments and refunds are handled through the platform you paid on (e.g. Ko-fi or Discord).
StudyGarden is provided “as is”. We try to keep it running and bug-free but can’t guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Features may change or be discontinued.
We may restrict or block anyone who breaks these terms. You can stop using the bot at any time by removing it from your server; see the Privacy Policy to have your data deleted.
To the extent allowed by law, StudyGarden and its developer are not liable for any damages from using or being unable to use the bot, including missed deadline reminders. Don’t rely on it as your only reminder for anything important.
We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll update the date above. Continuing to use the bot means you accept them.
